e-Ticket will be sent to your email, shortly after payment of flight ticket in sriwijayaair.co.id. Please print the e-Ticket for use it.
e-Ticket is reservation evidence and payment as your key to get into the passanger area at the airport. Like a convensional ticket, you must submit the e-Ticket has been printed on the check in desk.As a replacement ticket, you will get a boarding pass to be able to enter the plane.
If you not receive the e-Ticket after payment, please check the “SPAM” folder or “BULK” in your email. If still doesn’t exist, please contact Sriwijaya Air call center for request to resend the e-Ticket.
